Note #2: While full payment is generally due upon job completion, we do offer flexible payment options in certain situations.

Person Computer Services

| Malware Removal | Removal of viruses, worms, trojans, and other forms of malware. | $30 |
| Repair | Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of computers. In addition to this price, any component needing replacement will be charged. | $55 |
| Data Backup | Backup and restoration of data for computer systems. There are different levels of backup available, so please contact us prior to requesting this service. | $30 – $60 |
| Software Installtion | Installation of software, also known as programs or applications. This does not include operating systems such as Windows Vista. In addition to the fee listed, you will be responsible for the purchase cost of the requested software. | $15 |
| Operating Installation and Configuration | The installation and configuration of operating systems. In addition to the fees of this service, you will be responsible for the cost of the requested operating system. Operating systems that can be installed include Windows 2000, XP, and Vista and most flavors of Linux. | $70 |
| Optimization | Optimizations for your computer include tweaking graphical, memory, and processor settings. It includes a wide variety of services to help boost your system’s performance. Malware removal is not included. | $40 |
| Value Package | This package includes the Malware Removal, Optimization, and Data Backup services. You may opt to remove one of these services for a smaller price tag. | $75 |
Networking Services

| Home Network Installation | Implementation of a home network according to a customer’s needs. In addition to the fee listed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of any additional parts required, such as cabling and/or routers or other devices. This service is an hourly charge. | Network Troubleshooting | This service is for troubleshooting network issues at home. This includes a loss of connectivity to the internet or the inability to communicate with a specific device, service, or computer. Please contact for further information. This service is an hourly charged service and is subject to the travel charges listed below. Customers are responsible for any hardware or components required. | $13/hour |

| Website Implementation | We create fully functional websites using a backend known as WordPress. This site was created with the WordPress backend. There is a wide variety of options available with this backend, and as such the price varies drastically. Please contact us for a quote. | Forum Implemenation | We implement two main forum technologies: phpBB and Vanilla. We can design your forums with other software at your request. Cost varies depending on features. | $15 – $50 |
| Hosting | We provide website and forum hosting for a minimal fee. This fee is guaranteed cheaper than other (reliable) hosts. For accounting ease, the fee of this service is generally due upfront for an entire year. This service does not include a domain name registration. | $2/month |
| Domain Name Registration | This service registers a domain name for your website. | $16/year |
House Call and Travel Charges

| More Than 30 Miles | This service charge is for calls requiring traveling for distances greater than 30 miles. This charge is to cover fuel and extended upkeep expenses. This service is charged by the mile. | $0.45/mile |
| House Calls | This charge is a requirement for all house calls for Personal Computer Services. All Network Services have this cost built in. This service is charged by the hour. | $1/hour |
